What time can we check in and out?
Check in any time after 3pm and check out before 11am. There is no need to tell us what time you are arriving — the key is in the lockbox, so come whenever suits you.
Is there a minimum stay?
No — there is no minimum stay, any night of the week. Book a single night whenever suits, and the calendar will show you exactly what is free.
Does each cabin have its own hot tub?
Yes. Each cabin has a private hot tub on its own decking, with seating around it and lighting at night, and you can use it as much as you like throughout your stay.
Is the sauna shared?
Yes — the mirrored sauna, "the wee sauna", is shared between the two cabins, along with the cold bucket shower beside it. Both are free to use for the whole of your stay.
How many people can stay?
Two guests per cabin. The cabins are built for two, so we cannot take extra guests, and we do not allow unregistered visitors on site.
Can we bring our dog?
Sorry, no pets. There is also no smoking inside the cabins.
Is there parking?
Yes, free private parking right beside your cabin, with a private entrance so you never need to go through anyone else’s space.
How far is it from Belfast?
Belfast International Airport is three miles away, about ten minutes by car, and there is a taxi rank at arrivals. Belfast city centre is around 25 minutes, and Belfast City Airport roughly a thirty-minute drive.
What is provided when we arrive?
Complimentary breakfast essentials and sweet treats, a coffee machine with pods, a kettle and toaster, cooking basics, towels, robes, bed linen and shower products. You really only need to bring yourselves.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, free WiFi throughout — though there is a Digital Detöx Böx in the cabin if you would rather put the phones away.
Are the cabins accessible?
There is free parking immediately beside the cabin and a private entrance, with a small step up into the cabin itself. If you have specific access needs, ask us before you book — we would rather tell you honestly than have you arrive and find it does not suit.
What happens if we need to cancel?
A full refund up to 14 days before arrival, and 50% up to 7 days before. Inside 7 days we are not able to refund.
